What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express debit and credit cards.
How long will delivery take?
After order confirmation, it will take 2 working days to process the order. The estimated delivery time varies from location to location but usually it will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes you need to have an account with us to place an order.
What are the product refund conditions?
We don’t provide refund for Goods once Sold except the circumstances mentioned in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How do I sign in?
Existing Customers can enter their email address and password to Login. New customers can create a new account by entering the requested information.
How do I update my account and address?
You can update your information by signing in to your account, and click the ‘My Account’ tab located at the top of the screen.
How can I reset my password?
You can reset you password by clicking on “Forgot my password” link located on sign in page. This will open a new window, where you’ll be asked to reset your new password.
How to track my order?
If you have an account with us, you can see the status of an order by signing in and selecting your order ID. After you place an order on with us, we send you a confirmation email. We then send you an email with tracking information for each shipment. If you haven’t received an email from us, be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders. Can I cancel an order that I have placed?
We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
